Message	fill out a credit app before your negotiations are finished? If for some reason you changed your mind on purchasing the car OR someone buys it from under you and they ran your credit then it still counts against you. I always negotiate the price of the trade-in, then negotiate the price of the car I want to buy and then I have them give me a payment I want before I even touch the credit app.
